UxC, LLC (UxC) is one of the nuclear industry’s leading market research and analysis companies. UxC offers a wide range of services spanning the entire nuclear fuel cycle with a special focus on market-related issues.

This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how UxC collects, uses and shares personal data through its "Services," including in connection with email services, and/or when using this website (the "Website").

Information Collection and Use

UxC collects information about you in a range of forms, including personal data. Personal data includes any information that, either alone or in combination with other information held about you, identifies you as an individual, including, for example, your name, email address, and telephone number. UxC collects and uses your personal data to:

  • operate, maintain, and improve its Services;
  • enable its customer service professionals to respond to your questions, concerns and feedback;
  • manage your User Account, including communicating with you about your User Account; and

Information You Provide Us

UxC collects personal data, such as name, email address, phone number, and fax number, from each subscriber to its Services. In certain circumstances, UxC may also collect the name of your company, job title, company type, and company postal address. Personal data can be used to identify or contact you directly. UxC typically collects this information directly when you complete registration forms or when you provide other information through its Website, over the phone, or via email. When UxC collects this information directly, UxC let you know if providing the information is optional or if it is required to provide its Services (for example, UxC must have your email address to provide you with its email Services).

Information UxC Automatically Collects

UxC automatically logs information about you and your computer or mobile device when you use its Services, including visiting its Website.

For example, when using its Services, UxC logs your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the date and time of your most recent login, your total number of logins, and products downloaded while logged in.

Like most websites, the UxC Website uses technologies such as cookies (small pieces of data stored locally on your device) to manage authentication, functionality, and analytics.

Local storage is essential to provide you with UxC Services and to enable use of some features. Without this data, these Services and features cannot be provided.

Analytics and Performance

UxC does not rent or sell your personal to third parties. Nor will UxC share data with nonaffiliated third parties without your consent. UxC may, however, share your personal data and other types of data as follows:

Third Party Service Providers

UxC may share personal data with trusted third-party service providers and contractors for the sole purpose of filling your order. These third-party service providers and contractors are prohibited from retaining, sharing, storing, or using personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order placed with UxC. Corporate Restructuring

UxC may transfer information, including any personal data, to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate change. If UxC is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on UxC's Website of any change in ownership or uses of your information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal data.

Other Disclosures

UxC may disclose your information to third parties (a) when obligated to do so by law, or in connection with a subpoena, court orders or legal process, (b) to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual prohibited activities, including but not limited to fraud and situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, (c) to enforce UxC's privacy policy, and (d) to protect UxC's rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of you or others. Security

UxC takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected by those precautions both online and offline.

Wherever UxC collects sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to UxC in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While UxC uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, UxC also protects your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which UxC stores personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Children's Privacy

UxC's products and Services are designed for those ages 18 and older. UxC does not intentionally gather personal data from visitors who are under the age of 13. If a child under 13 submits personal data to UxC and UxC learns that the personal data is the information of a child under 13, UxC will delete the information as soon as reasonably practicable. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided UxC with information without their consent, he or she should contact UxC at .

Each email sent through the UxC system contains an easy, automated way for you to stop receiving that subscription email. To unsubscribe, select the unsubscribe link in the footer of an email from UxC and follow the directions to communicate your preferences to us. Your Rights

Opt Out

You may contact UxC anytime to opt out of: (i) marketing communications; (ii) UxC's collection of sensitive personal data; (iii) any new processing of your personal data that UxC may carry out beyond the original purpose; or (iv) the transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area (the EU, UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway). Please note that your use of some of UxC's Website and receipt of any UxC content may be ineffective upon opting out.

Access

You may access the personal data UxC holds about you at any time by contacting UxC directly.

Amend

You can update or correct any inaccuracies in your personal data. To change such information, follow the link provided in the confirmation email you received upon registering, or visit https://www.uxc.com/account/UserProfile.aspx and log in with the credentials you provided when you first registered.

Move

Your personal data is portable – i.e. you have the flexibility to move your personal data to other service providers as you wish.

Erase and Forget

In certain situations - for example, when the information UxC holds about you is no longer necessary to provide the Services, is incorrect, or you want to withdraw your consent to UxC's holding of your data - you can request that UxC erases your personal data.

If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact UxC at . International Data Transfer

Information collected or used by UxC pursuant to this privacy policy may be transferred, used and stored by UxC and its third-party service providers outside the country in which you reside, including but not limited to the United States, where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world. By using UxC's Services, you agree to this storing, processing or transfer.

If you use UxC's Services, you consent to the capture, storage, transfer, use and processing of your information under the laws of the United States. This does not affect your rights and freedoms under the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and any successor legislation.
