Carlyn Greene joined UxC, LLC (UxC) in May 2008 and is currently Senior Vice President, Spent Fuel. Ms. Greene has 35 years of nuclear industry experience, including six years with Washington Nuclear Corporation and nearly 20 years at NAC International. Prior to joining UxC, Ms. Greene was Associate Editor of SpentFUEL and StoreFUEL for Washington Nuclear Corporation, where she also assisted with consulting studies related to spent fuel storage, decommissioning, and nuclear fuel costs. With UxC’s purchase of these two back-end newsletters, Ms. Greene has assumed the Managing Editor responsibilities for those products, as well as assisting with other UxC projects. From 1980 to 1999, Ms. Greene was employed at NAC International, where she assumed various responsibilities, including Supervisor of Data Analysis for the Fuel-Trac database, and research analyst for the uranium and enrichment markets. She also assisted with the Uranium Price Information System (UPIS), the Uranium Supply Analysis (USA) System, and the Worldwide U3O8 Producer Profiles.
Ms. Greene graduated from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communication in 1978. She is a member of the American Nuclear Society (ANS), Women in Nuclear (WIN), and the Institute of Nuclear Materials Management (INMM).
